Talking Stick is very pleased to offer the community a free, Teen Workshop Series this winter. Beginning in January, the series will include eight individual workshop sessions. Each session will be slightly different, all are free.
The workshop will be led by Jordan Shade. Jordan is a second year graduate design student who moved to Philadelphia from Austin, TX to pursue her master’s degree. She has a background in fine arts and early childhood education and completed a research project on teen engagement using design thinking last year. She is both personally and professionally very passionate about unschooling, homeschooling, and incorporating design into alternative education models.
